Precalculus Courses: 2012-17 at the honors (pre-AP) level.

Precalculus is an interesting mix of algebra, geometry, and trigonometry. The central theme that runs through the various units is finding structure. At this point in their mathematical studies, students are working toward generalizing and proving any observations they make. We work with paper models, Desmos, and other manipulatives. Students have the opportunity to showcase creativity in both problem solving and artistic projects.
